Demi’s journey with us has been a committed one with many layers. Joining Jacksons in 2017 as a Paraplanner, Demi has worked across the roles, collecting experience and respect from everyone here. She makes a point of passing on that knowledge to others to help build strength in the team.
Demi has natural empathy for people and is an exceptional planner who loves to see her clients feeling engaged and empowered.

Do you have a hidden skill or talent that most people don’t know about?
It's neither a talent or a skill, but I can balance a glass on the back of my head which I will usually disclose as my party trick. Otherwise, I really enjoy sewing and handmade my second wedding dress which I am really proud of.
What’s your process for turning a bad day into a good one?
Popping on a Taylor Swift album really loud, making myself two cups of tea and hugging our Frenchies.
