We need you to become part of our epic Client Relationship Manager (CRM) team! Be warned they are full of fun and energy, are experts in making our clients feel supported and between you and me, there isn’t much they don’t know!! 

The CRMs are a team that know how to balance process and flexibility, structure and autonomy, that strive for personal growth and thrive in a team that love to collaborate. They work hard to understand our clients’ needs and help them navigate our portal and processes; they are also the top communication crew and our first port of contact for our clients. 

So, let’s run through the checklist so far: energetic, fun, brilliant communicator, great with clients, able to be innovative but follow process, can work individually but are here for the team. Can you see the magic we are looking for? 

What are we looking for?

Mainly that you are on the same page as we are when it comes to the client experience and that you’re a great fit for the team. As a CRM there is a lot to consider when working with colleagues and clients. We could list hundreds of bullet points but here are the biggies:  

You might be considering this role if:  

- You are a navigator and the anchor in the client journey - this means you need to be organised and motivated to handle a lot of different tasks! 

- You are already working with clients in a different setting and feel that you want to take a different path, learn something new and challenge yourself. 

- You already work in a financial planning practice and are looking for a new challenge.  

- You want to be part of a growing CRM team who are instrumental in changing the industry view of what this role is really about! 

- You have a passion for helping others in a financial setting.  

What does the day-to-day look like? 

- Self-organisation of your thoughts and your workload for the day.  

- Prioritising workloads and working methodically through a variety of tasks 

- Talking to and guiding our clients on the phone or through the Jacksons portal throughout the day, keeping them in the loop  

- Communicating with providers and navigating our platforms to keep our clients on track 

- Encourage questions, solve problems and be vocal in always evolving how we do things here 

- Speak and support other team members taking the lead to keep things on track

Our CEO Pete Matthew is an award-winning YouTuber, podcaster and published author – a pioneer of educating the British public about how money works. His efforts in content creation means a constant stream of fascinating, diverse and professionally interesting clients wanting to work with Jacksons from all around the UK.
